Grammophon Jazzband

This is the motto of the Grammophon Jazzband from Hamburg: The Beatles rejazzed by Grammophon. Be it classic jazz, tasty soul, lounge or pop music, the four professional musicians switch fleet-footed between styles and give classic Beatles tunes a new and very special jazz aura.

The musicians got to know each other during their music studies and founded the band in 2010. Since then, they have traveled widely around Germany to play for well-known clients and jazz festivals. Music lovers and nostalgics may feel transported back to the golden era of shellac records and famous jazz bands.

In 2025 Grammophon played at the world famous International Beatleweek in Liverpool. She's Leaving Home heard the band at the Adelphi Hotel, invited the Germans to Pargas after the gig, and the story goes on.
